We believe in learning that helps to connect the concepts learned so that they can be applied effectively in variety of context. That develops critical thinking skills, self esteem and confidence. This can help in sustainable growth and sound future of students.
Characteristics of Functions: Demonstrate an understanding of functions, their representations, and their inverses, and make connections between the algebraic and graphical representations of functions using transformations
Exponential Functions: Evaluate powers with rational exponents; solve exponential and radical equations; make connection between numeric, graphical, and algebraic representation of functions; Model growth, decay, and financial applications
Trigonometric Functions: Solve trigonometric identities and equations; model periodic functions and real life situations relating to Ferris wheel, tides, and circular motion; sketch graph of trigonometric functions and evaluate exact values using special triangles.
Discreate Functions: Demonstrate understanding of recursive sequences, and make connection with Pascal’s Triangle; Solve problems relating arithmetic and geometric series and model infinite series and financial applications involving compound interest and annuities.
Students can drop in the first 30 minutes of the class and take the full refund. The class will then start after a break of 5 minutes for the next 30 minutes. No refund for the course will be given if the student continues to attend the first class beyond half-time.
