(“Company”, “GMI”, “We” or “Us”) and the people and the companies (“Users” or “You”) that access and use our website globalmathinstitute.com or take our services in any other form like on-line tutoring, guidance, advice, or support.  User also include all persons who access or browse the website. We engage in providing educational material in different forms and online tutoring to children. Anyone below the age of 18 years is assumed to be a child (“Child”) and requires parental consent to use our services.

By accessing any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and You are also confirming that you have read and fully understood these Terms. If You do not agree or understand these Terms, then you may not access the Website or use any of our services.

The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portion of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically. Your continued use of services after the posting of the changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

Our Services

We offer the following services through the Website

• List of video links, quizzes, practice questions, worksheet, lessons, and other educational material. Some of this can be accessed without registration.
• We offer private tutoring and supplemental educational services to adults and parent/guardian for their children studying in 1^st to 12^th grade (or equivalent level courses). through online virtual classes. Online classes are normally conducted on Zoom. These classes can be one-on-one or in small groups.
• Special online classes can be arranged for preparation of career development, job, or exam/competition on request.
• You can send the request by filling the Registration Form.

The services we offer are subject to change over time. By using our Website, you are confirming that the services are appropriate for your requirements. We do not guarantee that these services will meet all your needs or are suitable for your specific purposes.

Use of the Website by the Child

Users under the age of 18 are only permitted to access and use the Website while under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. Comply with Parents Consent Notice.

You, as parent of the child acknowledge and undertake that:

• You are competent and have all the legal rights to enter into this agreement on behalf of your child.
• You grant your consent to the Company for your child to use the website and participate on all the activities offered by the Company
• You undertake that all the activities of the Child will be under your direct and constant supervision.
• You accept complete liability resulting from the Child’s act

Customized Courses and Modules

The Company will create Customized Courses and Module, referred to as Courses, to meet your requirement. In general, these Courses will be based on the Ontario Curriculum. International students can share their requirements and we can provide a customized Course for them.

The Company shall offer a set of Courses/Modules which provide broad outline of the topics to be covered. These are the guidelines only as the subject is vast and the details will be decided by the tutor during the class or the session. Tutor will help to assist the student to the best of his/her capability.

The Company will grant limited access to its material for which you have registered. This can be in the form of document, file, audio, video, recording, photograph, or any other format as required by the Course/Module. The company reserves the right to amend, revise or update the Courses at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Any material posted, shared, or uploaded on our website by You (Your File), You are granting Us an irrevocable, royalty free licence to use Your File for any purpose related to the use and promotion of GMI business. We do not review the data and the documents uploaded, shared or posted by you (Your Files). We do not claim any intellectual property rights with respect to Your Files.

Registration of Our Services

Registration of the service is completed only after the video call between the student and the tutor in the presence of parent/guardian is a success (mutually agree). Registration Form for the same can be filled for early appointment. This is important as we believe that the student should be comfortable studying from the tutor, and they should mutually agree for the services. This session will be Free and can last for 30 minutes.

Services will start only after the mutual agreement on the video call.  Registration will be treated as Null and Void if the video call does not take place or it is a failure (mutually do not agree) and the Registration Fee, if paid in advance, will then be returned in 3 to 5 business days.

We recommend the parents to make the payment only after the mutual agreement to avoid unnecessary transaction of money.

Payment and Procedure

Payments of the services will be charged as posted on the Website. It is your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions. You can contact us to clarify and make payments only after you are satisfied with the offer.

You agree to pay the fees applicable to your subscription and any other applicable fees for your account, including but not limiting to processing and transactions. All initial and the recurring fees will be charged on the credit card that you authorize for your account. It is your responsibility to keep your authorized credit card valid at all times. We may terminate or block access to your account if the payments are irregular or your credit card becomes expired or is invalid at the time any Fees is due.

Your Account

To utilize complete services offered, as per the contract, you will be required to create and update your user account. All Information submitted by you will be subject to our Privacy Policy. It is mandatory to read and approve the Privacy Police to create account.

Termination

If you breach any of these Terms of Use, GMI has the right to suspend or disable your account at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you. In the case of termination, you will remain liable for all amounts due hereunder.

You can cancel and terminate your account at any time in accordance with the terms and policies of Company.

Limited Liability

In case we are in violation of these Terms we have limited liability of returning your registration fee for the use of our website or services. Otherwise, we will not be held liable for, and you hereby fully waive the right to claim for, any liability, loss, claim, injury, or damages of any kind resulting in any way from use of the Website and/or Our services. In no event we will have any liability to you or any other third party for any loss, or loss of profit or revenue or for any indirect damages under any circumstances.
