Overview

Students will investigate the trigonometry of right and acute triangles. They will have ability to provide quick solution for special triangles. This foundation will help to apply the knowledge to visualize and solve real life situations related to angle of depression/elevations and height and distance.

Foundation for Higher Trigonometry & Algebra

By the end of this course, students will:

• use their knowledge of ratio and proportion to investigate similar triangles and solve problems related to similarity
• solve problems involving right triangles, using the primary trigonometric ratios and the Pythagorean theorem
• Visualize and Solve 3D Applications involving Height and Distance

FAQ

Policy for Refund of Registration Fees.

Students can drop in the first 30 minutes of the class and take the full refund. The class will then start after a break of 5 minutes for the next 30 minutes. No refund for the course will be given if the student continue to attend the first class beyond half-time.
