If the hypotenuse and one leg of a right triangle is congruent to the hypotenuse and one leg of the other right triangle then the triangles are congruent.
Note: it is not SAS as angle is not inscribed between the equal sides.
Proof: Third side of the triangles will also be equal as the sides of a right triangle are related with Pythagorean Theorem. x2 = r2 − y2 So, by SSS the triangle are congruent.
